2 If you are an Airpoints member who does not qualify for Elite, Gold or Silver status and you do not reside in New Zealand, you will not be issued with a card. Silver members who do not reside in New Zealand may request a card via the Contact Centre but will incur a service fee of AU$25 or A25.

3 If you change your country of residence to or from Australia more than twice in a 12 month period you will incur a service fee of AU $25 or A25.
