Eligible for Airpoints & Status Points accrual when purchased with Airpoints

Cancellation
If cancelled before travel commences tickets will be refunded less AU$600 cancellation penalty (infant discounts apply), unless upgraded from a Saver Max fare, when the original cancellation penalty applies.

Baggage Allowance
3 pieces per person (excluding infants) - up to 23kg on an Air New Zealand operated and ticketed flight.
Excess baggage charges apply

Changes/Restrictions
Change to fare component permitted before departure at a charge of AU$300; fare upgrade may also apply. 
Service fee applies, fare upgrade may apply
Tickets are not transferable to another person
Note: Where the cancellation and change conditions differ between the outbound and return journeys, then the most restrictive conditions will apply for the whole journey.

In the event of no-show tickets will be refunded less AU$500 penalty per adult (infant discount apply), unless upgraded from a Global Saver Max fare, when the original cancellation applies.
