Booking changes
Changes are permitted to the same booking class and fare. If same booking class or fare is not available, travel must be upgraded to the next available fare with payment of the fare differential.

Booking cancellations
Fully refundable, with the exception of bookings over Dec - Jan Period to/from Samoa, Rarotonga, Tonga and Niue where AU$200.00 cancellation fee per person will apply. If upgraded from an Islands Smart Saver fare, only the upgrade portion is eligible for a refund.
No shows
Fully refundable with the exception of travel to Samoa, Rarotonga, Tonga and Niue for travel Dec - Jan when a 50% no show penalty applies.

Checked bag
- seat Fare: No checked in bags. To add checked in baggage upgrade to a seat+bag fare.
- seat+bag and theworks fares include one checked bag (excluding infants). Max 23kg.
- worksdeluxe* includes two checked bags (excluding infants). Max 23kg each.
*worksdeluxe is only available until 30 April 2024.
