Business fares
Travel on a Business Class fare and enjoy the quiet, relaxed ambience as well as a flexible ticket for travel to Australia and our Pacific destinations.¹
Most Business Class fares are fully refundable, with changes permitted right up until departure, and beyond too if you don't make your flight. Please note your ticket is not transferable to another person.
Sometimes there are special discounted Business Class fares available, shown as 'Business Saver' fares when booking online. These special fares are non-refundable and the same rules apply to changes as apply to Smart Saver fares.
Terms & Conditions
- Business Class fares may be changed right up until departure by contacting us. Additional payments will apply as follows:
- a Contact Centre, Air New Zealand Holidays Store or Airport service fee of AUD$35 (AUD$60 for Honolulu & Bali) per person, per one way journey for changes made from within New Zealand. Note - if making changes from outside of New Zealand, you will be charged the local service fee applicable in the country you're calling from
- where a change requires the purchase of a higher priced fare, the difference between the original fare and the upgraded fare is payable
¹ Pacific fares include Honolulu, Bali, Tahiti, the Cook Islands, Fiji, Niue, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu and New Caledonia.
