Paid seatselect is only available on flights operated by the airline you're booking through. It's not currently available on codeshare flights operated by other airlines.
Baggage allowance
On services operated by Air China to Beijing, carry-on baggage rules are different. Economy passengers can only take one 5kg carry-on bag, and Business passengers, Koru Gold, Koru Platinum, and Koru Black can take two 8kg carry-on bags.
Checked baggage is also different. Koru Gold, Koru Platinum, and Koru Black in Economy can take one 23kg bag. Koru Family Nominees, Koru Platinum Nominees, Koru Black Nominees, and Koru Club members are not entitled to additional bags.
