Koru members want to make the most out of their travels with Air New Zealand. By joining Koru you will have access to a range of benefits including entry to the Koru Lounge when flying with Air New Zealand.
Important Update
Air New Zealand has entered into a trans-Tasman Alliance with the Virgin Australia Group. From 26th of July 2011 Koru members will be able to enjoy Virgin Australia lounges when travelling with them domestically in Australia. Members will also have access to Air New Zealand lounges when flying trans-Tasman on code share services operated by Virgin Australia.

You'll find membership options and fees outlined in the table below. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are GST inclusive. Membership fees can be paid in full with Airpoints Dollars™, Credit or debit card or your Air New Zealand Travel Card.

Individual Membership
This is the standard type of Koru membership and opens the door to the full range of Koru benefits. Joining Koru is fast and easy, once you have completed and submitted the online form your Koru membership will be ready to go immediately - just make sure you let us know your membership number when you make your booking or check in. Alternatively you can visit us at your nearest Koru lounge to join.
Corporate Membership
Corporate Membership offers full Koru benefits at a reduced rate for organisations enrolling 10 or more staff. Conditions apply, so refer to the Terms and Conditions to check eligibility. To join as a corporate member, simply download or print the application form and fax or scan the form and email it to us at the Koru Contact Centre koruclub@airnz.co.nz.
Senior Membership
If you are over 65 you can enjoy Koru membership at a reduced rate. You can apply online and your membership will be ready to go immediately - just make sure you let us know your membership number when you make your booking or check in. Alternatively you can visit your nearest Koru Lounge to join.
Koru Guest Card
As a Koru member you are welcome to bring one guest with you into our lounges prior to the departure of your Air New Zealand flight.
If you wish, you can purchase an annual guest card to supplement your guest entitlement throughout the year. Annual guest cards can be purchased through the Koru contact centre or at the lounge. Annual Guest Card fees are as follows:

Koru Help
If you have lost your Koru card or you need to request a new kit this can be done by contacting the Koru Contact Centre and the applicable fees are outlined below. These fees can be paid in full with Airpoints Dollars™, Credit or debit card or your Air New Zealand Travel Card.
