POLi Refund Policy

You may not be entitled to a refund, or to a full refund. Please refer to Article 10 (Refunds) of Air New Zealand's conditions of carriage for further details.

If a refund is due, we will endeavour to make the refund within 10-15 working days of receipt of your request.

We reserve the right to make a refund in the same manner and the same currency used to pay for the Ticket.

If you have paid for a transaction using a combination of POLi and cheque(s), or POLi and cash, then we may at our discretion, aggregate the amounts paid by these forms of payment and make one refund for the total amount either by: (a) direct credit to your bank account or (b) by cheque.

If you have paid for a transaction using POLi services and a refund is due, you will need to provide your contact information and details of the bank account that was used to purchase the ticket. We will direct credit the refund (if any) to this account.  If this account has been closed, please contact 13 24 76 ext 62686 to discuss further.

Once your refund has been made, your refund details (including your contact and bank account details) will be kept by us for audit purposes. Please refer to Air New Zealand's Privacy Policy regarding the collection, storage and use of personal information.
