These insurance policies are available to both residents and non residents of Australia provided you are in Australia at the time the Certificate of Insurance is to be issued and intend to return to Australia. Policies are only valid upon acceptance of payment by the Insurer and the policy must be purchased while the insured person is in Australia, prior to the commencement of the journey.

This policy is underwritten by QBE Insurance (International) Limited (New Zealand Branch) which has an A+ Insurer Financial Strength Rating given by Standard & Poors (Australia) Pty Ltd on 5th December 2009. The rating scale is:

| R | Regulatory Action |
The ratings from 'A' to 'B' may be modified by the addition of a plus or minus sign to show relative standing within the major categories.
