- Air New Zealand will be the only airline travel provider promoted on your website.
- Delegates will have access to Air New Zealand's everyday low fares, subject to availability. Once paid, the terms and conditions of the purchased fare will apply.
- Air New Zealand's General Terms and Conditions will apply to use of Air New Zealand's site, including the conference page we create for you on Air New Zealand's website (the "Dedicated Conference Page").
- Air New Zealand grants you a revocable licence to use the logo it provides to you (the "Logo") for use on your conference website, solely as a link (the "Link") to the Conference Page ("Permitted Use"). Air New Zealand retains ownership of, and the copyright and trademark rights in, the Logo. You shall not change, alter or misrepresent the Logo, and shall not use the Logo in any way other than the Permitted Use without Air New Zealand's prior written approval.
- Air New Zealand retains the right to have the Logo and the Link removed from your website at any time, and to remove your Dedicated Conference Page, for any reason whatsoever. You agree to co-operate with and assist Air New Zealand with the immediate removal of the Logo and the Link.
- You agree to remove the Logo and the Link within 5 working days after the closing day of the conference.
- Air New Zealand will not be liable for any costs incurred by the organisation or its delegates should the dates or venue change, or if the event is cancelled.
- You acknowledge that you have the right to enter into this agreement on behalf of the conference organisers and associated companies/persons.
