Please note:
When travelling with infants the operating airline policy applies to adults accompanying infants. For example, on Virgin Australia operated flights each infant must be accompanied by an adult. On Air New Zealand operated flights two infants are permitted per accompanying adult - only if one infant is ticketed as a child & able to be seated in an approved infant car seat which the accompanying adult must provide.

Do I have a choice which carrier I fly with?

Yes you do - and if you're booking on either carrier's website, it is very clear if you're going to be travelling on the other carrier.

Where do I go at Check-In?

Please go to the check in counter for the carrier on which you are flying. At the moment you are not able to check in for a Virgin Australia flight at an Air New Zealand counter or vice versa.
