Always Provide Your Airpoints Membership Number

When you book a flight with our airline partners or Air New Zealand - even on our Smart Saver fares (you may not earn Airpoints Dollars on these fares, but they will exempt you from the annual account fee), please ensure the name displayed on your booking matches your Airpoints account name.

You can now view your Airpoints account activity detail for the past year online by logging into 'My Account'.
Login or register online here. Please note you will need your PAC number (Personal Access Code) to register.
Airpoints Dollars Expiry
Gift Recipients - Gold Elite and Gold
In addition to the household gifting rules, Gold Elite and Gold members have an exclusive opportunity to gift rewards to nominated friends or family members each year. These people do not have to live in the same household or be Airpoints members. Gold Elite members are able to nominate an additional four people, and Gold members an additional two people. To register your giftees, login to 'My Account', click on My Profile, then Gold Elite/Gold Giftees. If you're not already registered for 'My Account', register here.
*Please note: Our lowest priced Domestic, Tasman and Pacific Island Smart Saver fares (booked in L,G,S,P & K booking classes, Airpoints™ reward classes (X,I) and travel industry (incl. duty travel) classes (N,R) are not eligible to earn Airpoints Dollars. Airpoints companion tickets cannot be purchased in conjunction with any fares booked in the classes noted above.
