Account Information Online
You can view a summary of your Airpoints™ account, and details of all your transactions dating back 12 months. As well as your current balance, you will find information about your tier status including the number of Airpoints Dollars™ required to retain your current status or reach the next one. If you are an Airpoints Silver, Gold, or Gold Elite member, you can see how many complimentary upgrades you have left to use.
With the option of accessing your account information online, anytime, you can also choose not to receive postal statements. As well as helping the environment, you could also save money on your annual account fee. You can choose to stop receiving postal statements by logging in and visiting Communication Preferences.
Airpoints Bookings Online
Most rewards can now be booked online. It's quick and easy and available at any time of the day or night. And with no service fees for online bookings, it can save you money.
You can book or request the following Airpoints rewards online:
- Short-haul* journeys on Air New Zealand ticketed and operated flights
- Flight upgrades
- Hotel accommodation
- Rental cars
Long-haul** award journeys are not currently available to book online. For long-haul award travel, please phone the Airpoints Service Centre on 1800 803 298.
* Short-haul services include New Zealand Domestic routes, travel between New Zealand and Australia (and Norfolk Island), and travel between New Zealand or Australia and the Cook Islands, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga.
** Long-haul means any International flights except those listed above.
